BELATI BOOT CARE

Belati Skating Boots are easy to maintain. The microfiber exterior can be cleaned with a soft cloth, mild soap and warm water. Do not use abrasive cleansers or pads on the boot surface.

BELATI BOOT MOUNTING

Few tools are needed to mount these boots to any skating plate. The thin sole and heel areas are firm enough for skating support, but have no obstructions inside. This allow easy drilling through both heel and sole for installation of your favorite plate.

• Mark your boot for center alignment making sure all wheels are equal distance on both sides of the heel and ball of the boot
• Plate center line should be mounted on center line of the foot with axle falling across ball of foot and center of wheel
• Make sure your drill bit matches mounting hardware
• Carefully position plate and mark drilling holes
• Realign plate to holes to insure locations are marked accurately
• Drill holes using support for boot as needed
• Attach boot to plate with mounting hardware provided by plate manufacturer
• Please note that if used for ice, the thin sole will require the use of mounting bolts to secure the boot to the ice blade

Remember that your skates are designed on center line flexibility. If mounted wrong, flexibility will decrease.

If you have never mounted plates to boots, we recommend that you have your favorite pro shop or skating instructor arrange assembly.
